Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a $200 deposit is required after we confirm your booking request.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
A: Yes, there is a $500 minimum per event, which usually equals 10 adults. If your location is over 100 miles from us, we require at least 15 adults to book.
What does the price include?
Each guest gets:

1 appetizer (edamame or 2 dumplings)

Hibachi vegetables & fried rice

2 proteins of their choice (like chicken, shrimp, steak, etc.)
What should I prepare for the event?
We bring the chef, grill, propane, and food. You provide:

Plates, utensils, napkins

A covered area (if rain is expected)

Your hungry guests!
How does the travel fee work?

We charge $50 for events within 50 miles of zip code (Meridian, MS 39301)

If you're over 50 miles, it's $1 per mile (one way)

Travel fees are based on distance, not round-trip
Q: Can I get extra food or add-ons?
Yes! You can add extra proteins, noodles, filet mignon, or lobster tails for an additional charge. Prices range from $4–$20 depending on what you add.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
You must cancel at least 72 hours in advance to receive a refund of your deposit. This includes weather-related cancellations.
Q: Will you cook indoors or outdoors?
This is outdoor catering only. Please make sure there’s enough space and ventilation for our chef to set up safely.
Q: Can I tip the chef?
Absolutely! A 20% gratuity is recommended and goes directly to your chef. It’s not included in the per person price.
